Blue Knights CA 18 Procedures for Joining

1. Request an application for membership from your sponsor or by using this button!!!     

2. Have your Club Sponsor complete and sign the appropriate section on page 2 of the application.

3. A copy of your Separation Papers if retired showing years of service and agency, and a copy of your most recent Pay Voucher Statement. (black out all account numbers, Social Security Number and Dollar amounts.)

4. Include a check made out to Blue Knights CA 18 for the amount of $40.00

5. If you would like a nametag for your spouse or significant other please let us know.
